Safe and reliable

Stralis models are available with different types of axles depending on the mission. These differ by construction, maximum allowable loads and, for the rear axles, by the axle ratios offered:

  • front axles with a maximum allowable weight of up to 8,000 kg
  • all drive axles are single reduction, with differential locking as standard and maximum allowable loads of up to 13,000 kg
  • Numerous rear axle ratios are available from 2.64 to 5.29, allowing optimum mission oriented drivelines, guaranteeing economy of operation
  • The range is completed with a series of third axles (fixed or liftable and steering) located behind the drive axle, with single or twin wheels
